I am a huge fitness-fanatic and love all things fitness related! As I am a dancer it is important for me to eat nutritional food which will enable me to perform well and feel good whilst performing. I try my very best to eat clean, and maintain a balanced diet and eliminate as much junk and processed food as possible. I have decided to dedicate a post showing you guys what I tend to eat in a day (inspired by Anna Saccone's 'What I ate wednesday' blogs/vlogs) and may do this on a regular basis! Hope you enjoy and feel inspired!
If you are interested to see what i eat pretty much everyday you can follow my instagram!

Pre workout // 7:00am
As soon as I wake up I grab my lemon infused water and tend to eat a banana before I workout!
Breakfast // 11.00am
Once I have worked out I usually settle for fruit, whether its in whole form, or blended into a juicy smoothie. My smoothies usually consist of, a cup of almond milk or water, 1/2 a banana, cup of fruit (mostly frozen fruits) i.e. berries, mango, pineapple, grapes, blueberries, kiwi any fruit I can get my hands on! and a pinch of lemon or lime. And if I am feeling extra adventurous I will throw in a handful of kale or spinach for that extra nutrients (honestly you can't taste it).
Lunch // 1.00pm-2.00pm
For Lunch I usually like to incorporate, healthy fats, carbs and protein, as it keeps me fuller for longer! Here I had a slice of wholegrain toast, with 1/2 an mashed avocado spread on top, topped with spinach and a poached egg. And I usually have some piece of fruit and a green tea, here I fancied some strawberries (as they were extra ripe and needed to be eaten ha).
If I feel a little peckish I usually settle for either fruit or vegetables i.e. carrot sticks with hummus or a naked bar (if i fancy something really sweet). I've only recently got my hands on nakd bars and oh my goodness they are amazing! I simply cannot believe these bars are fully raw, and only contain fully raw fruits and nuts! That is it! They are also dairy, gluten and wheat free and suitable for vegans! They come in such a variety of flavours! No frying, no grilling, no baking, each bar is cold pressed! Simply amazing and I cannot get enough of them!

Dinner // 6.00 pm
For dinner I tend to eat whatever my mum happens to cook! It tends to vary but is typically always something healthy! One night we may have grilled chicken breast with a little stir fry or maybe fried fish with salad! Tonight we had fried salmon, fried in a little olive oil with quinoa and a little light soy sauce for extra taste!
I aim to drink at least 3 litres of water and a cup of green tea everyday, as there is so many benefits!
- helps remove toxins
- promotes healthy skin
- promotes a healthy heart
- boosts energy without the use of caffeine!
- boosts your metabolism
Hope you enjoyed! Leave a comment letting me know whether you would like me to do a 'What I ate Wednesday post' every week?

Those naked bars are yum! I ate six the other day whoops. I am gluten and lactose sensitive so they are great for me.
